Balearic Island holidays has more to offer than beaches. The Castle Bellver dates from the 14th century and is located on a hill near Palma, Mallorca. Fantastic Beaches
Balearic Islands holidays offers beaches which have something for everyone, whether it is water sports or tranquillity. For peace and quiet during your stay, head for Menorca. Visit Cala Binibeca, Els Canutells or the longest and most beautiful beach in Menorca, Son Bou. Mallorca’s beaches include Cala Major, Camp de Mar and Saint Elm. Family-friendly beaches can be found to the north in Port de Pollenca and Port de Soller. Ibiza’s beaches are beautiful, but busier. For beautiful sunsets try Cala Salada on the west coast and in the north there are hidden and unspoilt beaches. Formentera beaches are beautiful and unspoilt. The Iletes beaches are the busiest. Platja Migjorn is the largest and one of the quietest beaches on the island. It has splendid views of the high points of the island such as Cap de Barbaria.
